"Great stay in Madrid close to major attractions!"

Amazing location right off the plaza mayor. Very clean and spacious. Wonderful view out the back balcony. Close to everything! Excellent condition of all items with a friendly host.

Shower was a little small but other than that everything was great! No complaints. Excellent experience overall at this apartment rental.

"Excellent Central Apartment"

Location Excellent - 20 metres from the main square. The apartment is on the 4th Floor, there is a lift to the 4th floor so its easily accessible. Communication is excellent with the landlord- i used Whatsapp and they were quick to reply if required. There are three bedrooms - the third one is smaller with a single bed- however it is exactly as advertised. The kitchen is well equipped- and there is a table in the kitchen and living room to dine at. The living room has a sofa that comfortably fits three and can be turned into a sofabed. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

"Top Lage, sehr altes und eingeschränkt komfortables Appartment."

Lage ist top, direkt in der Straße neben Plaza Major im 4. Stock, Haus hat einen Aufzug.

Rudimentäre Küchenausstattung, keine scharfen Messer, kein Brotmesser, nur ein Schneidebrett, keine Spülmaschine, Wassertemperatur nur sehr schwierig einstellbar, Schlafsofa nicht gut zum schlafen, extrem dünne Wände, zwei Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster.

40 metres from Plaza Major. You feel the history around you. A vibe. Outrageous !!!Also St Miguel food market. Food options everywhere. Location in old historical town. Renovated property. Lift. Washing Machine. Windows open to street with historical buildings. As an experienced traveller I rate this accomodation 12 out of 10. Perfecto.

"Perfect stay in heart of the city"

Great location and it has a lift! Exactly as described. Clean and has all you need. The host had many books and information about the city available in the room and he also provided tips for good restaurants.

Beds were a bit hard for me, however that didn’t stop me from sleeping.
