The menager of the property was very professiona, helpful and always was making sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. He was also very flexible with leaving luggages in the apartment before checking in and after checking out time. Definitely recommend this place.

Great accommodation, good location and great an very kind host. Excelent value for money!

Just two things missed for the perfection. The double bed is small and we could not sleep there in two persons. Also, the portable air coolers in two rooms were not able to cool the rooms enough.

The flat was spacious and well-equipped, and the location was amazing. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions. There's a supermarket and laundromat right across the street. People in the city of Alicante were very friendly and welcoming.

This isn't a criticism of the flat, but a heads-up to travelers used to colder climates or central air: while parts of the flat have very effective, built-in air conditioning (including the kids bedroom and tv room), the master bedroom and another bedroom use portable, plug-in air conditioning units that didn't really cool those rooms to the same standard. We stayed in June when we knew it would be hot, so this was not an issue for us, but we felt it appropriate to share.

Clean and spacious apartment in an excellent location. Everything you need is close by. The host was very friendly and responsive. We hope we can stay again sometime.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. WiFi works perfect. Very good contact with the owner. Oposite the building a shop. All the main attractions in a walking distance from the flat. About 10 minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants and pubs in the closest area. Only 2 small minuses- low water pressure in the shower and very soft matraces, but generally a 10 note.
