Location to chair lift

Collection of keys in town centre prior to finding apartment, consequently having to find two parking spots. X 2 broken chairs. Bed unmade on arrival, linen and towels delivered a couple of hours after arriving in apartment. Sofa bed uncomfortable with squeaky springs. No central heating , only plug in radiators , we felt cold. Apartment suitable for 2 adults rather than 4 .

We were very unhappy with our stay and would not return. The staff were not helpful. We were told there was “outside parking,” but this turned out to be a complete nightmare—anyone can park there, and finding a space was extremely stressful. Our advice: skip this entirely and park in the Pradollano underground parking instead. The apartment itself had several issues. The kitchen drawers were broken, and the ones with the pots and pans couldn’t even be opened because the fridge blocked them. The living room table was broken and felt like a safety hazard, with rusty screws exposed. The chairs were also bent—you couldn’t sit on them without feeling like you were sliding off, and they felt like they were about to break. Be warned that the hot water runs out very quickly, so showers need to be rushed. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Heads up to anyone considering booking this place: don’t. We definitely won’t be staying here again.

Electrics tripped regularly

The apartment was on the second floor of a block of flats slightly above the town. Great that there was parking behind a barrier. Clean, tidy and warm apartment in a quiet area with a good shower and most of the facilities worked well. Chair lift just outside to take you down to the main town and lots of supermarkets and restaurants/takeaways nearby.

The gate code for the barrier had changed so was tricky to get in. The electrics cut out twice during our stay but the owner did come over to fix it. There was no oven - only a microwave so we couldn't cook the pizzas we'd bought! No information in the flat about the chairlift to the town, (so we walked a lot of steps up and down before we realised) or how to leave out the rubbish/recycling and no local maps. The wifi was also tricky as the password labeled on top of the router was incorrect - need to use the password underneath the router. The town has one-way roads and so once you collect the key from the shop it's a bit of a drive to get to the location, especially tricky if you arrive in the dark.

The place was clean, cozy, and close to everything. The company staff were extremely friendly, always quick to give responses to any questions we had, and wonderful to deal with. Our family enjoyed our stay!

Overall the place was wonderful, but it could use a slightly more comfortable bed situation in the main bedroom, however, that’s just personal preference.
