Ubicación y distribución

Sofás cama incómodos. Vecinos que hacen mucho ruido y tienen la TV puesta 17h al día.

Great location, comfortable and had everything we needed. Accommodated late check in and met us too 0230am. Plenty towels, bedding etc and clean. Check out 11am but looked after luggage until airport transfer at their offices. Really great week for very good price in school Easter holidays

Could have done with a toaster and more bigger mugs

Die Lage die Ausstattung. Es war alles super. Alles da was man braucht.

Die Nachbarn nebenan waren sehr laut und es war sehr hellhörig.

Las camas (sofá cama) no eran tan cómodas y sonaban un poco al moverte.

Location: very good! 5 minutes to the closest beach, 7 minutes to a bigger one. 2-3 minutes to Konzum to shop everything. 8 minutes walk from the bus station (where you arrive from Alicante airport). A cheap car rental nearby (3 minutes) at the car wash. Modern building, the apartment is small but well laid out (one big room). I would say sleeps 2 adults okay, 2 adults + 2 early teens is about the limit. We used the washing machine too, it saved on us having to pack more clothes for our travel. Kitchen is fine, it was good for some quick cooking and breakfast. The agency was nice where we picked up the keys, quite a big one, they communicated well. We enjoyed our stay, weren't too much in the apartment, more in the city and beaches anyway.

Beds: there is one double bed (openable sofa) and two sofas that can be opened, they weren't the most comfortable but they did it. The noise didn't bother us but there isn't much sound insulation in these buildings, but neighbours were okay.
