Only good location

We have problems the first two days, because the house had problems with the plumbing. Two much noise from the faucet. General no good accomodation, and the owner didn't compensate us in a fair way as we asked.

The location of the apartment

It was noisy with kids running on the upper floor. The plumbing leaked very badly and every time someone opened a tap in another apartment the piping made a racket with vibrating noises and with the vibration the bathroom taps started flowing oil their own. I had to get up at leats 4 to 5 times a night to close the bathroom tap. The shower also didn't work well and the drain was clogged, overflowing and causing the bathroom to flood. due to the blocked drain the bathroom had a bad odour.

The location

Terrible sound by water boiler. Also you hear every sound from collidor. Door opening problem. Mold in the toilet room. Too big price for that flat.

Nicely decorated apartment in a great location! Vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of great bars and restaurants, while the is very quiet. Excellent access to the Reina Sofia, Prado Museum and the Atocha station. The owner’s communication was very nice and they provided all the necessary items for a pleasant stay, such as extra towels, packed cleaning kits, tea bags and coffee capsules. It made a big difference and it made it a premium experience.

Small for a family of four and we were missing a dining table. Although the apartment has several windows, it provides no exceptional view. While this is a bit of a downside, it provides a quiet environment.

Clean space, good towels and bed sheets with basic amenities, well located and hosts are very good with communications and assistance.

The apartment needs some fixes, specially in bathroom where water accumulates in the shower. It doesn't have windows to outside (only to internal areas), so you can't see the sky/weather. Location is good, but I don't fell a little comfortable at night, but we didn't have any issues.
