"La situation de l'appartement est un vrai atout mais son insonorisation est à revoir"

Appartement très bien situé

L'appartement n'est pas correctement insonorisé, la fenêtre est voilée en son centre et laisse passer les bruits de l'extérieur, le quartier étant très passager (bus, camion, voiture, pieton), difficile de trouver le sommeil avant 1h00 du matin !

Dotazione completa di elettrodomestici per la cucina, phon, lavatrice e un plus per il bidet nel bagno. posizione eccellente a 10 minuti dalla setas a piedi, ben collegato e stazione autobus a 2 minuti. ingresso privato, moderno e spazioso, arredato bene, letto comodo e tavolo allungabile.

grande pecca sull’ insonorizzazione praticamente insistente a causa dei rumori esterni durante tutta la giornata, non il massimo per famiglie e persone che cercano silenzio.
