The location, the cleanness of the apartment

tit is on the ground floor and in front a secondary road. In the morning, I woke up because of some noise

Clean. Close to city centre and to a supermarket. Comfortable.

Some ants running in the bathroom, going apparently nowhere.

As a reminder, here are the incidents that we met : - Unable to open the door without a resident your system not working. - Flat full of dust with no possibility of cleaning. No broom, no hoover. - Shower not working, I had to repair it and remove the plug myself. - The soap holders didn't stick to the wall, so they fell off and broke. Soap and shampoo were unusable afterwards, so how could I wash myself? - Washing machine with no hanging facilities. So useless. - We had to remove all the kitchen utensils from the boxes. Is it up to the customer to do the host's job? - When we opened the door, we found a broken picture on the floor. We can therefore say that the flat was in no way functional and was put into service far too early.

The property in so far from interesting place.

Almost everything, the place was soo noisy through out as it is in a busy road and the property is not sound proofed. It was like we were living on the main road. There was a dead cockroach in the property upon arrival and we killed another one crawling on the curtains. The property needs a bit of attention which we sent photos of them to Jose. He did not show any interest when we sent to him the photo of the dead cockroach and we did not hear from him to even rectify the situation.

The internet connection was really bad, everything else was super.

The apartment is located very nicely close to the city center and main attractions. We reached everything within walking distance. The room is big and offers everything you need.

But you need to be aware it's located on ground level on a busy street. The noise was pretty loud which made it hard to sleep at night.

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Supermarket is 1 min by foot. Very good location. Good value for money. All recommendatons

Wifi is not very good.
