Alicante old city & beach appartment

Perfect location, near to shops, restaurants and the beach. Lovely and clean apartment.

There were no information packs in the apartment e.g. to advise of wifi code etc. There were also no local guides/maps or recommendations which would have been really useful.

The location and appartment was just so perfect and cozy. The interior was minimal and very beautiful. It is walking distance to the beach and other attractions of alicante. You could find all the appliances the kitchen. We felt our home. Gloria is very sweet and welcoming! Definitely recommendable.

How quick the owner was in answering my questions. The lady who handed over the apartment keys could not have been more helpful. The style of the apartment; full of character, solid stone walls and exposed top floor beams - effectively sound proofed with my kind of style. Apartment was immaculate. Great Wi-Fi. Plenty of natural light should you choose and a shower that works on every level. Location has everything on its doorstep yet at night nice and quiet. It is a 2 bedroom apartment/loft that is designed in a way that one can stay up late with music whilst another can sleep without hearing anything. Just rent it!

There was nothing to dislike. If I have to find something then ... it would have been great if the loft apartment had its own private roof terrace with its own private swimming pool but it would not have been an affordable rental for my budget!

Perfect localization, clean, modern

- rude neighbors - offer was with 3 beds, but we got only 2 sets of bed linen, and the owner wanted more money for the third set - owner wanted to take our deposit because of some noises we made during morning hours

1. Location superb 2. Well equipped kitchen INCLUDING materials (washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing detergent & softener, bin liners and even kitchen roll) 3. Air Conditioning very efficient and easy to use

1. Water pressure is terrible! When you flush the toilet you have to wait for the toilet to refill before you can wash your hands 2. No soap in the bathroom - meant on arrival you could not wash your hands after using the toilet. Would recommend adding some cheap soap.

Location is perfect; 3 minutes to the beach. Nice, stylish appartment; everything you need for a holiday with kids

Only one of the two Bedrooms has air condition. so one bedroom is in summer really hot. water pressure is very low, so sometimes the shower barely works. one or two more forks would be nice

The location was very nice. It was not loud and the apartment was well furnished.

The water pressure in the apartment is very low so the shower barely works and would sometimes not work at all for a few minutes. The washer had the same problem where because of the waster pressure it would stop washing the clothes.

apartment is heated only with a warm air conditioner and the temperature outside drops to +3. The apartment became warmer only after three days. This is totally unacceptable. The bedding did not seem clean. The bathroom was damp and cold, no heating, low water pressure(!)
