Me gusto todo el apartamento, la súper limpieza que tenía , la ubicación, la comodidad todo y el trato de ander excelente maravilloso , para repetir sin duda

Sin quejas.

El equipamiento de la vivienda, los servicios cercanos, las comunicaciones por carretera, el acceso dle garaje a la vivienda.

Las ventanas no cumplen su función de insonorizar a pesar de tener doble acristalamiento. Coincidió que a las 7.00 de la mañana y durante tres días los operarios de parques y jardines usaron Maquinaria y dificultaban el descanso. Si no hay operarios no hay problema de ruidos. No es culpa de la vivienda, sino de operarios.

Appartamento situato al primo piano di un complesso residenziale di recente costruzione nel centro del Comune di Elgoibar. Posizione strategica per visitare Bilbao, San Sebastian, Vittoria Gasteiz e Pamplona. Presenti tutti i servizi necessari compresi lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde l' appartamento è dotato di due camere da letto matrimoniali, due bagni di cui uno con vasca ed uno con doccia, sala da pranzo, angolo cottura ed un terrazzo coperto. Comodissimo il garage che si trova al piano interrato ed è direttamente accessibile dall' appartamento tramite ascensore. Il signo Ander che ci ha accolto è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo! Super consigliato!

This is a very clean, extremely well appointed apartment. The owner made contact with us to check arrival time and was very accommodating when that changed drastically. He met us outside the building at one thirty in the morning and got us into the parking garage and then the flat. He explained everything to us but there were instructions inside the apartment for anything we’d use (like the cooker) and the various keys. The kitchen was fully stocked (not like the last place we stayed which had a random collection of utensils and pots). Very clean, even the garage gets cleaned!! Very posh (but inexpensive). Great location. I’d say they think of everything: dishwasher and washing machine tablets, even a purse to put the keys in. A perfect host and a perfect stay.

That I had to leave and go home.
