The location in a reasonably quiet location, near good restaurants and bars. Very near the main promenade - a 3 minute walk. José was always ready to help and focused on helping you to be comfortable. He doesn’t speak English, but a translation app can easily help and I had no trouble doing so.

José warned us on several occasions , via our booking, about the construction of a new block of apartments behind his property. The noise was very invasive on occasions, but was not constant, especially on Friday afternoons and weekends. Work started at 08.00 and usually finished at 16.00. However, it did not spoil our holiday completely because we were out enjoying the area and sunshine wile most of it was happening. The leisure seating could have been more comfortable and was a little noisy. Also, if you like salads it would be good to take salad servers with you as there aren’t any in the apartment. However, you can use a fork and dessert spoon to mix dressings in to them.

The apartment was perfect. Very clean, well furnished and perfectly equipped. The owners are very kind. The garage was also much appreciated. Supermarket close to the apartment, as well a restaurant with good food 20m away.

It's a pitty that a building is under construction nearby. We were warned in advance by the owners that there would be some noise, however we always left in the morning before the workers arrived and returned after their shift.

Nothing special

1. the soundproofing is really poor, especially for the small room. 2. there's unpleasant smell in the apartment, don't know where it comes from. 3. for this considerable rate, the owner could have provided more consumables (salt, oil, detergent...etc.)

A great host, doesn't speak english, but puts a lot of effort to communicate with help of translator. Great welcoming vibe :) The place has a retro vibe, super spacious with the view of mount Teide and the ocean. There are nice restaurants nearby.

The walk by the ocean - there is a lot of construction works going on.

Good location

We had requested the bedding for sofa bed but it wasn’t made.

Owner lives on site, and although our flight was delayed by a few hours which meant it was late at night when we arrived, this was no problem. Communicated via text from the moment we landed.

Position of the apartment was very good, everything within easy walking distance. Had own underground car parking facility.

We loved our stay in Alicia's apartment. It was spotless with all the facilities we could need. Alicia stayed in close contact and even tolerated my attempt at Spanish! Perfectly located to drive around the South of the island and even explore Mt Teide. The local town has a post office, supermarkets and beach all within walking distance. Having off the road parking was a luxury that kept our hired car cool throughout our stay. The small balcony was ideal for breakfasts in the morning sun.

The twin beds weren't particularly comfortable and it would be a squeeze for 6 people, 4 would be ideal.

We liked the well equipped kitchen. The apartment is in a more quiet area with cafes and shops in walking distance. The shared roof terrace allows some sea view and is equipped with sun chairs and a large umbrella. A problem with two lamps was fixed in a timely manner.

The bed couch in the living room was not really comfortable.
