Sophisticated brand new flat in historic district

Central area, close to La Latina metro station. Quite well equipped with everything you need. Even if small, but 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can accommodate a family of 4. Cleaning is done by a professional company, it was clean and the towels were spotless. Shampoos, soap and body wash is provided. Extra towels and pillows are provided in the wardrobe. Quick and direct communication with a representative.

Very small apartment in an old building with very small windows and a very limited space to move in the apartment. The A/C system is quite old, it needs time to run properly, which might be an issue in very hot days. Limited toilet paper and kitchen cleaning solutions, no kitchen paper. Outside of the entrance door is a pietonal street and it gives a very bad urine smells during the hot days .

Superb location in La Latina close to metro stop and this made Madrid an easy city to explore. Apartment was exactly as described and host was lovely and met us at the door with keys.

The new bathrooms, the cleanness of all the apartment, and it had all the essentials.

I didn’t like at all the step from the entrance to the living room/kitchen it is very dangerous because it does not light up or a highlight paint to prevent accidents. I felt on my knees and chest one day. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the couch was very uncomfortable as well. The stairs before going into the elevator were hard to climb with large suitcases.

The staff was very easy to work with and accommodating. The location is fantastic, and the apartment is very well equipped. Will stay there again.

It was much smaller than what the pictures indicate. Also, we got just one dishwasher soap. For 5 days, 4 people, that's very little. I wanted to buy some, but I found only large bags at the store.

Nnice, modern, cosy interior, enough for 3- to 4 people/ family, all necessary eqipmment. Very quiet! close to Cava Baja-lively place with bars, restaurants, less than 10 min to Plaza Mayor! Really nice "barrio":)beautiful surroundings! Hosts very professional and supportive, smooth communication! What's not like;) highly recommended!
