San esteban bajo

Lo único bueno la ubicación y el chico que vino a traer las llaves simpático. No había insectos.

Tiene una "pared" que es de cristal, no se ve hacia adentro pero si entra luz y ruido de afuera, tanto de la entrada como las escaleras. Se siente también todo el ruido de la calle. El lugar es súper frío y la calefacción hace un ruido espantoso y no se puede usar. El "frigorífico" congela, no conserva o enfría. El colchón es súper incómodo y se hunde. No corre ni una gota de aire por esa ventana al "patio interno" que es más bien un agujero con una pared casi pegada. El alojamiento no sé hace cargo tampoco de nada ni ayuda o da respuestas al mal servicio. No debería estar habilitado para habitar ese lugar!! De las peores experiencias que tuve en Booking. Una vergüenza que la respuesta después de días por parte del alojamiento frente a mis quejas fue que habían hecho reformas y estaba perfecto. Vergonzoso

La ubicación maravillosa, excelente trato y disposición con el personal.

Me gustaría dar tres datos para mejorar la estancia y agradecer que se tengan en cuenta; Realizar un cambio del grifo en la ducha, cambiar el colchón de la cama y poner un recibidor ( un colgador/banco). A todo esto decir que la estancia de tres días ha sido de agrado y volvería.

El baño enano, ademas tenia el techo abuhardillado, una pared de cristal por el que ves a los vecinos subir y bajar, una casa muy pequeña

La ubicación y el trato del personal.

La habitación mal. El colchón de la cama estaba muy sucio, con tablas mal puestas en el tapiflex, me iba hacia el medio de la cama. Telarañas en toda la habitación, el baño bastante chiquito, mi pareja no podía ir al baño de pie. La ducha estaba rota, se salía todo el agua por arriba. Aparecieron cucarachas a media noche, y unos bichos tipo burritos. La tele mal ubicada, no se podía ver desde la cama. Las paredes con humedad. No tenía ventanas ni luz. Lo unico bueno de la estancia, fue la ubicación y el personal.

Sin ventanas, olor a cerrado y humedad. La zona común de la azotea sucia y descuidada.

Great communication with the host and Ismael who met us at the property was great. We did have to pay a late check in fee as our flight was delayed but this is understandable as it was 11pm. The location was fantastic which made getting around Seville easy as all in walking distance to places of interest.

The bathroom was very small and was more like a cupboard under the stairs as we were In the ground floor studio. The air conditioning was extremely poor which we struggled with at night in temperatures of 30+. The ground floor studio had 1 tiny window with no natural light as it seemed to be out on to some sort of alley way. There was no kettle or complementary water or coffee/tee sachet. The bathroom was very small and had just been built under the stairs so was more like a cupboard than a bathroom. The ground floor studio was a noisy room as when other guests came in the lights came on shining through the door and the stairs leading up to the upper floors was separated by a glass blocked wall, we felt a little exposed at times! When I booked the apartment I did think that the room had a roof terrace, the property does but it is communal and up steep stairs. Cleanliness could do with improving but overall it was a cheap stay in a good location and we made the best of what it was. We wouldn’t stay again as we really struggled mainly with the AC but the bars, restaurants and the accessibility to seville was just what we wanted, just a shame we felt like we were staying in a very hot, basement.

The apartment is on the ground floor and the main building door, which is adjacent to the apartment door, is very hard to open or close and it sounds a lot. Hence it might disturb your sleep when others access the door. Big part of the wall is made of glass and the door as well which might be a problem at night due to the light. The bathroom is smelly and small. Sometimes you might find the small chunks of tiles are falling from the ceiling as the bathroom is under the staircase.
