"Undesirable as a vacation property and very expensive for value"

spacious 2 bedroom apartment easy to park on street 10 min from Aviles and good access to coastal spots

very expensive in mid August and not worth value (200 euros/night) for area (the surrounding town was not very inspiring) apartment was missing basic supplies like soap to wash the dishes and toilet paper noises can be heard through walls (i.e. elevator)
