beautiful spacious apartment

The bed was big and comfortable. Close to the center. The smart check in process with remote door opening.

Not that close to AVE train station, however a tradeoff for being close to the center. It took a 13.5eur taxi trip at nightly fare, which was not much expensive.

The whole apartment was great. And the location was fine, just a bit painful getting to and from the train station by public transport.

Kettle would have been good.

Great size, facilities and location. Also just off the Ci1 bus line so easy access to main train and bus station.

Communication when we wanted it was excellent. Check in remotely was perfect. The apartment was spotless. The bed was HUGE! We were staying for 5 nights and I honestly have never slept so well. The breakfast was OK. We had read previous reviews and did not expect too much. But there was tea, coffee, sugar, milk, corn flakes, Coca pops, brioche, jam, Nutella, cakes, juice etc. On our first day we bought eggs, butter, bread and fruit and we had great breakfasts every day. The apartment is very well equipped and very easy to keep clean. It's a 15 minute walk from the Old Town. Just perfect!

Whilst we would not deduct points tor this, we would have liked a kettle and egg cups. Also maybe some sliced bread and butter as part of the breakfast provisions.

everything - super super comfortable, attention to detail, coffee, milk and breakfast items to have, bed was best ever, dark room to sleep in, very quiet, lift for bags, location was great

parking and entry was tricky with an Australian phone
