Stunning Stylish 4BD 3BTH - City Center-Atocha

Nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious apartment. Great, friendly service from the Minty Stay Rep who gave really clear instructions every step of the way. Apartment was brilliantly located for all of Madrid's main attractions

The location right above a very busy main road and noisy bar beneath the windows. Unfortunately this meant we had to keep the windows closed throughout and light sleepers didn't do too well with the noise and bright lights (the living room doesn't have blackout curtains and the master bedroom doors had opaqued glass. This was a pity and not really made clear in the apartment description.

The location was great and there were a lot of places close by. There were plenty of covers available to have a good night sleep.

There was constructions happening and we were not informed. The train goes under and you can feel it many times during the day and night. The garbage outside was a bit unsitely. No elevator and very old stairs.

The air conditioning in the main bedroom didn’t work well. The hot water failed to work the last night of our stay. My guests had to take cold showers the morning of our departure.

Regarding the question about the accuracy of the information. I was delighted to find that there were three bathrooms. I did not see that in any of the information online. It made a huge difference.

Front bedrooms were a little noisy, but the accommodations were wonderful. Ear plugs helped considerably. I thought the apartment was better than described.

it is located in a perfect location close to the museums, and the city center. we walked everywhere. the apartment is beautiful, very well organized, clean. Staff was amazing, supporting us with all the requests.

The apartment is very centrally located, which is quite convenient. It has a balcony that is good for people watching, which was fun. It was clean and the host was friendly.

The price was too high. We stayed at another comfortable apartment for a lot less a week before our stay here.
