Spectacular, new apartment. It has every comfort. Kitchen with everything you need including Nespresso coffee machine. Washing machine, iron, TV in the bedroom and in the living room. Very comfortable balcony. And very importantly the private parking space. A few minutes walk from the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and five minutes drive from the beautiful Las Teresitas beach. The location was perfect for any visitors that would appreciate seeing and experiencing the "real" Tenerife (as opposed to the sprawling concrete resorts in the south of the island). Santa Cruz is a "real" Spanish city with all the experiences that has to offer. International tourists should note that relatively few people in the city speak English as there isn't really any tourism save the visiting cruise ships. The apartment is in a handy location near the front, very easily accessible and with its own car park with a dedicated space. That is a huge bonus given the horrendous parking problems the city has.

Everything was perfect. This was our second time at the same apartment, and as we liked it first time - we came here again.

Everything was good. Apartment is really nice. It is well located (15-20min walk to the main square), in a quieter area, but also with shops, restaurants, bakeries... It has private parking place in a fenced parking area. Those who were in Santa Cruz before will know how much is it valuable. Communication with landlord was rather simple, which we liked. Bed is really comfortable and you get nice sleep. It has a Dolce Gusto coffee machine we liked. It has a washing machine, which we used to wash the things from the beach, time to time. Apartment had small details we liked, such as shampoos, olive oil, salt, pepper, plastic boxes to put fruit to the beach and so on. All in all - it was a good experience and we would come back to the same accommodation.

Only thing we really didn't like and has to be changed ASAP is the bedsheet. It is slightly smaller than the mattress. Very often we would wake up in the morning and it would be gone (rolled under us or so).

Perfect comunication, location, very comfortable appartment with a nice energy :-)
