The photos of this accommodation are misleading and the description does not match reality. We were forced to spend 1 night there and left the next morning. It was an expensive and very unpleasant experience. The owner is not customer-friendly at all. We had to pay for 5 nights and lost 4 without using them. We do not recommend this place to anyone.

Las fotos de este alojamiento son engañosas y la descripción no corresponde a la realidad. Nos vimos obligados a pasar 1 noche allí y nos marchamos por la mañana. Fue una experiencia cara y muy desagradable. El propietario no es nada amable ni orientado al cliente. Tuvimos que pagar 5 noches y perdimos 4 sin usarlas. No recomendamos este lugar a nadie. Al leer la respuesta que recibimos, resulta sorprendente que el propietario del alojamiento ni siquiera se moleste en admitir su error. La descripción del alojamiento y la foto mostrada son engañosas. Somos clientes Gold de Booking.com desde hace más de 20 años y viajamos más de 10 veces al año por trabajo y vacaciones. Lamentablemente, esta fue una de las pocas experiencias negativas. Parece que las 95 personas que han dejado opiniones sobre este establecimiento en los últimos 15 años no han sido independientes. Añado que el alojamiento amenazó con llamar a la policía cuando solicitamos que consideráramos el reembolso de los gastos. Nosotros mismos trabajamos en marketing y ventas, y estas situaciones se resuelven de una manera completamente diferente (con vino, fruta, ofreciendo ayuda o algo similar). El alojamiento tuvo una actitud extremadamente arrogante y grosera al resolver el problema. Después de una noche, cambiamos nuestro alojamiento al hotel NH Collection ***** en Santiago de Compostela, que nos acogió amablemente y nos atendió excelentemente, mientras que el nivel de precios era comparable.
