Gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer, Bett recht komfortabel, Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof recht ruhig, geräumiges Apartment zumindest für 1-2 Personen

In Teilen renovierungsbedürftig, Haustürschloss und Tür zum Apartment sehr schwergängig. Dass von morgens bis abends ein Presslufthammer zu hören war, dafür kann der Vermieter nichts

"Excelentes vacaciones en El Médano"

Estuvimos muy contentos en el apartamento. Tiene dos habitaciones, cocina comedor y un pequeño balcón. Está muy bien equipado con todo lo que necesitas para unos días de descanso en El Médano. Está situado a tres minutos caminando de la playa. La situación es muy buena. Volveremos seguro!

"Frightening and unsettling."

Location, central to amenities.

Electric switch tripped no electricity, had to wait all day for man to fixed burned out boiler plug. Old electrics and appliances. Safety issue???. Frightening , fearful experience @ 7am early morning, someone from inside the building banging and kicking apartment door. So afraid to open the door. Reported and agent turned up , unable to offer explanation !!!! for our unpleasant events , was offered 2 days free stay , next time we booked. No Thank you , shall not be staying again . Truth whole truth and nothing but the truth.
