"Great Apartment near Marina"

We are on a extended trip in Europe, this was the 34th place we stayed, and the first one that felt like home . Nancy met us at the property, which is a 10 min walk from Metro. Explained everything we needed to know. The unit is equipped with everything, lot's of tp, beach towels, has sheets instead of a duvet, a plus for warm sleepers. Air worked great. Lots of kitchen items, and toiletries. 10 min down to beach and restaurants down there. Lots of close options to choose from as well. Bought the 10 ride ticket on Metro, twice, for 5 euro, and went everywhere. Enjoyed coffee in balcony, and watching Halloween festivities! Perfect place to stay outside Valencia. You won't be sorry!

There is no lift, if you have mobility issues this is on 3 floor. Was fine for us though!

"Good place and location."

Comfortable specious flat. Two bathrooms. Walking distance to the beach, port and marina. Tram stop to the old centre nearby. Many nice cafes and bars around about. We enjoyed our stay.

One of the best properties I have ever stayed! Spent a week and it was outstanding! Nancy was such a great host- always helping and she even proposed late check out which allowed us an extra time at the beach! Thank you so much Nancy!

A friendly and very helpful host, who provided us with lots of additional information on local facilities and events. The apartment is in a good location, close to the marina and beach with easy access to public transport to get into the city centre. Excellent facilities in the apartment, which is located on a quiet street.

"brilliant place if you are looking for a sun break and also great for a short city break. And the owners are great!"

Comfortable. Cozy. it had everything you need for an enjoyable sun break. Only 10 min walk to the lovely beach and c. 5 min walk to an abundance of supermarkets. we also walked to the park entry evening which is also only c. 20 min walk away.
