La ubicación

No estaba del todo limpio. No funcionaba abrir la puerta del portal desde la página web. Solo había una llave del portal para un piso de 6 personas. Las mamparas y los baños necesitaban una renovación pese a lo nuevo que son, tienen humedades en puertas y las mamparas estaban muy mal.

La ubicación es excelente, con supermercado justo en frente, paradas de buses también muy cerca, incluso una parada de tren. El edificio tiene recepcionista por la noche.

El código para abrir el portal no iba, éramos 7 personas con una sola llave para abrir el portal. Al entrar nos encontramos con algunos desperfectos, aunque fueron solucionados. Las sábanas a pesar de estar limpias tenían varias manchas.

Very good location one minute away from the beach.

Some repairs are needed. Broken shower door, door frame, and shower head.

Air conditioning didn’t work and there is no way to contact the host

The location is nice, near the sea.

First of all, when we arrived, we received instructions on how to access the building and the apartment, but we couldn't enter the building as instructed. We tried to call the number provided in the booking, but nobody answered, so we had to wait for neighbors to come and sneak into the building. The air conditioner wasn't working. We tried to get help from two different numbers. One of them explained that the air conditioner is controlled by a remote (there was no remote in the apartment) or a control panel on the wall (which didn't work). So, for two nights, we had to deal with the heat. When you open the windows, traffic sounds are bothering all night. The most terrible part was the cleanliness. I can't even describe the amount of sand and human hair on the floor in all the apartment. We also found clipped human nails on the floor in the living room. The smell of kitchen items like the sponge was awful. The bed sheets and towels were dirty, with many stains and dark human hair. It was disgusting to even lay in the bed. Overall, the apartment needs many improvements, and most importantly, better cleanliness. It seems like nobody cleaned the apartment before we arrived. Not recommended.

Good location, close to the beach, but far from the old town. Expect street noise, even during the night.

The code for the ground floor gate never worked, we could get into the building only if someone entered/left through the main door. The sliding door of one of the two bathrooms did not close properly. Cutlery was dirty in the kitchen drawers. There was a broken wine glass in the cupboard.
