"THIS PLACE IS AN UNHYGIENIC DANGEROUS HEALTH HAZZARD."

Location, aspect and elevation of the property. good sunsets and panoramic sea, pool, garden and mountain views. The owner Juanpe was very responsive and accommodating, kindly allowed me to store baggage in the apartment before my rental period began (I had to fly back to the UK from previous apartment for a day, to pick up medication). he also responded promptly to some of my issues that I made clear to him.

1 - the apartment was not cleaned, there were biscuit crumbs and someone's hair on surfaces. (Juanpe said his cleaner didn't turn up). 2 - the curtains had mold and mildew which trigger my allergies. 3 - the bedding was unclean 4 - some of the furniture was actually falling apart and had jagged edges that could easily cut someone 5 - the only drawers for clothing were old wood with splinters and the bottoms falling out 6 - the mini-oven was covered with rust on every surface inside and out 7 - the microwave looked like one of the earliest examples and turntable did not function, whether or not it contained its gamma radiation is questionable. 8 - none of the sinks had plugs in the kitchen or bathroom 9 - the kettle was covered in limescale 10 - the toilet did not have a button on the flush system 11 - there was no toilet roll holder 12 - the guest towels were old and worn, probably from the previous century, like the rest of the apartment. 13 - there was a foul stench coming from the kitchen waste system, i had to spray it with cleanser. 14 - no clothes line for washing and the collapsable airer was missing most of its parts and unfit for purpose 15 - no cupboard space for storing food 16 - the 'hot' water system only heated to lukewarm and allowed a maximum of 5 minutes. you could not wash dishes and have a shower. 17 - no draining rack for washed utensils 18 - the shower curtain did not allow space for a comfortable shower without it clinging to you. 19 - No one informed me that the entire neighborhood roads, pavements and drainage systems were being replaced, so i was waking at 6.30 to plant machinery, pneumatic drills, grinders and having to walk through clouds of dust surrounding the apartment block all day every day.
