La persona de contacte molt agradable i servicial. L'apartament està a 10 minuts de la platja i ja 20 minuts del centre. A un carrer tens la parada d'autobús per anar al centre o cap a vegueta. A tres carrers tens un supermercat, una farmàcia, un forn i una cafeteria. La zona és molt tranquila i acollidora. L'apartament té totes les coses necessàries tant a cuina ( cafetera, rentaplats, rentadora, micro, vitro....) i al wc ( secador, xampús...)

"Lo justo si lo vas a utilizar para dormir"

Los dueños muy amables. Le pedí un calefactor ya que hacía frío en el baño y me lo consiguió en días festivos. Hay café, agua, gel, champú,acondicionador , y todo lo necesario para la limpieza. Mucho sitio de almacenaje

No hay aire acondicionado y la habitación estaba un poco fría. No estaba muy limpia, lo justo, pero no mires bajo el sofá ni el ventilador o las lámparas. Faltaba un tostador y algún cuchillo de más. La habitación es muy oscura, no entra nada de luz. Le falta una mano de pintura.

Limpio y cómodo

Únicamente el pasillo del edificio olía mucho a tabaco , pero en el estudio perfecto su olor y limpieza todo excelente
