• IT IS PROHIBITED TO HAVE PARTIES IN THE APARTMENT Nor make noises that disturb the peaceful coexistence of the neighborhood. • SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT Surcharge of €150 (+VAT) to eliminate tobacco odor and €100 (+VAT) for special cleaning. • There are no cots or extra beds available. The accommodations is perfectly defined in its description (number of rooms, beds, etc...). Reservations of up to 10 people are accepted, including adults and children. The guest must assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment meet their needs before confirming their reservation. • PETS ARE ALLOWED: Upon request and consultation before booking (you must contact before booking). Pets HAVE a supplement of €40 EUR per stay. Guide dogs are allowed free of charge. • CHECK-IN: Entry is from 2:00 p.m. Upon request and consultation, your luggage can be received from 11:30 a.m. ALL guests must check-in online and present their ID before 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to be able to access and use the apartment. Access to the apartment is autonomous with your mobile phone through a link. In-person check-in option: request 24 hours in advance and it will cost €40. • CHECK OUT: departure time is 11:00 a.m. At that time our cleaning service will access the apartment in order to have it ready for the next guest. On the day of your departure, the apartment must be delivered in good clean condition. All garbage must be removed from the apartment and deposited in the different containers on the street. -If the sofa or apartment requires special or extraordinary cleaning, the guest must pay a surcharge of €100 (+VAT). • CLEANING: You can request a cleaning of the apartment at any time 24 hours in advance of the requested date for an additional cost of €40. • We are not responsible for failures in the internet/wifi service. • Guest service during office hours: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. • Turn off the AIR CONDITIONING when you leave the apartment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • PROHIBIDO HACER FIESTAS EN EL APARTAMENTO Ni realizar ruidos que alteren la convivencia pacífica del vecindario • NO ESTÁ PERMITIDO FUMAR EN EL APARTAMENTO Recargo de 150€(+iva) por eliminar olor a tabaco y 100€(+iva) por limpieza especial. • No hay cunas ni camas supletorias disponibles. El alojamiento está perfectamente definido en su descripción (nº de habitaciones, de camas, etc…). Se admiten reservas de hasta 10 personas entre adultos y niños. El huésped debe valorar si las condiciones y descripciones del apartamento se ajustan a sus necesidades antes de confirmar su reserva. • SE PERMITEN MASCOTAS: Bajo petición y consulta antes de reservar (se debe contactar antes de reservar). Las mascotas TIENEN un suplemento de 40€ EUR por estancia. Se admiten perros guía de forma gratuita. • CHECK-IN: La entrada es a partir de las 14:00h. Bajo petición y consulta se puede recibir su equipaje a partir de las 11:30h. TODOS los huéspedes deben realizar el checkin-online y presentar su ID antes de las 18:00h del día de su llegada para poder acceder y hacer uso del apartamento. El acceso al apartamento es de forma autónoma con su móvil mediante un enlace. Opción de checkin presencial: solicitar con 24h de antelación y tendrá un coste de 40€. • CHECK OUT: el horario de salida es a las 11:00h. A esa hora nuestro servicio de limpieza accederá al apartamento con el fin de tenerlo preparado para el siguiente huésped. El día de su salida el apartamento lo deberá entregar en buenas condiciones de limpieza. Toda la basura se debe retirar del apartamento y depositarla en los diferentes contenedores de la calle. -En caso de necesitar una limpieza especial o extraordinaria el sofá o el apartamento el huésped deberá pagar un recargo de 100€(+IVA). • LIMPIEZA: Podrá solicitar una limpieza del apartamento en cualquier momento con una antelación de 24 horas a la fecha solicitada por un coste adicional de 40€. • No nos hacemos responsable de fallos en el servicio de internet/wifi. • Servicio de atención al huésped en horario de oficina: de Lunes a Sábado de 10h00 a 18h00h. • Apague el AIRE ACONDICIONADO cuando salga del apartamento.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
