Luxury Beach Apartments

The apartment was so comfortable and I loved the outside seating especially.. so relaxing..near beach and restaurants ..great location Fernando was kind to allow us to drop off our bags earlier and rang taxi for us .. many thanks

The property was missed sold The property was not luxery the owners/host needs to list the properties individually .I expected the property on the picture at the time of my booking ,luxery with outside space ,sunloungers ,The propery was filthy,broken and shabby kitchen units,walls filthy ,stains everywhere, not enough plates. I will be making a full complaint to Booking ,com to make the owners aware that they should not miss sell properties.

The location was really good. Close to the sea and also bars and restaurants.

The property was very shabby with peeling cupboards and broken window fixtures. The shower head had been jammed on with tape as it was broken. It was also quite dirty in places. I think it’s likely that there was an infestation of some kind as my husband got severely bitten (which after having travelled across the world, has never happened before). Management ignored my messages after I’d told them of the problem and we left a day early.

The apartment is located very close to the beach. It's has a sunny terrace with partial sea view. Plenty parking spaces on the street.

In one of the rooms the door could not be closed because the bed was too long.

Overall, we really liked the apartment. It was very comfortable, had everything we needed, was easily accessible, with parking right in front, and the check-in/out process was very smooth. The host, Fernando, deserves a special mention — he is extremely responsive and solution-oriented, exactly the kind of host you hope for. For example, there was no tray in the oven and he fixed it immediately and efficiently. We know Lanzarote and Playa Honda well. It’s right next to the airport, which might bother some people, but for us it has never been an issue — actually, it’s very practical if you have an early flight. It’s also not a touristy area like Puerto del Carmen or Costa Teguise, which is not our style. Here you still have plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops, but with a much more authentic vibe.

The only thing we didn’t like is that the photos seem to show all the apartments, including the ones on the first floor with the large terrace and beautiful sea view, while in the end we were given a ground-floor apartment with only a side view, which you don’t really get to enjoy. It would be very helpful to know exactly which apartment you are booking. Also, the listing is described as “luxury,” which feels like a bit of an overstatement. The apartment is very comfortable, but it could benefit from a slight refresh, especially in the kitchen.

location of the property is really good, I liked also coffee machine and place in front of the apartment - it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy your time.

The furniture was quite worn out, and the stains on the sofa didn’t feel very comfortable. I also missed having a dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment would really benefit from some investment in renovation.

L'apartament està molt ben situat, tant en relació a la situació a la illa com la situació a la població, està a 2 minuts del mar, que es veu des d'una terrassa que te. La zona, a l'època que hem anat, el mes d'octubre molt tranquil·la. La resposta del propietari ràpida i molt atent.

L'apartament podria ser LUXURY total si no fos que el manteniment és molt millorable i la neteja molt precaria. És una casa amb 1 apartament a dalt (el nostre) i dos apartaments a la planta de sota, molt important que els veins que et toquin no siguin 1 família amb 3 nens, per si de cas, important portar taps de les orelles per dormir.
