1. Kitchen had nothing. No oil, salt, pepper.. Very old pots. Bad coffee maker. No bottled water. 2. Worst was the registration & digital key. I don't want to give my personal details to a website I don't trust in order to gain access to a room. If I wanted an Airbnb I would have rented one. I use booking.com because I trust it. 3. Even just talking around midnight, the neighbours complained about noise. The place is not sound proofed at all. 4. The digital key stops you entering before 4pm even when the apparent is ready. Very annoying.

This is our second time in this apartment. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. The apartment is spacious and in a quiet part of town. We highly recommend staying here when coming to Cadiz.

Location is nice, flat is clean and looks new, bathrooms are very nice. If main building door worked with the app, check-in process would be very easy.

Communication with agency was not perfect, they had incorrect information and location in their e-mails. Building enterance needed the phisical key and we had to pick it up not very close to the apartment. Living room is nice but a bit dark. Beds are short for me (198cm). Kitched is good but lacks things like cutting board and similar.

We liked the location of the apartment, very clean, well equipped, spacious...

The apartment was clean, and it is spa ious -- 3 bedrooms so good for 5-6, and 2 nicely fitted bathrooms.

1. Work has started but evidently stalled on putting in a much needed elevator. The abandoned work has made a mess of the lobby and stairwell, and compromised the stair railing. Our apartment was on the first floor and a third of the railing was missing and another third very wobbly. The stairs are poorly lit by weak motion detector lamps and this compounds the problem. These stairs are a mess and impossible for anyone with a physical problem-- such as arthritis or knee or back problems requiring a cane. 2. The kitchen counters, closets and stove are good, and there are plenty of basic plates and cutlery, but there is a lack of utensils. No pan lids, no ovenproof dishes, no mixing bowls, no kitchen towels, no grater, no strainer, no whisk -- I could go on.. 3. The location is good -- 4-5 minute walk to the sea, 4-5 minute walk to Plaza San Juan de Dios,, 5-6 minute walk to station, but there is not a nice view from any window. This may not matter to many guests because the apartment has several good points that may outweigh this disadvantage.

Very specious appartement, on a great location close to beach, restaurants, shops, everything. We loved this. We traveled with small kids and a dog. They even put a dogbed and drink/food bowls. The guest service was excellent.

It is very noisy, especially the upstairs neighbors but also the stairway. Till late at night and when they would return early morning after going out. And the bed was very hard and one flat pillow each. We stayed for 10 days so this was very uncomfortable.
