Apartmán byl na skvělém místě blízko metra, obchodu. Všechno bylo podle informací.

Pro větší rodinu jako jsme byli my by bylo fajn více hrníčků a skleniček.

Locație aproape de metrou, comunicarea cu personalul a fost ușoară,în sensul în care prin whatsapp au răspuns repede.

De când am intrat in apartament am simțit miros de țigări,iar geamul de la dormitor era blocat. Am comunicat personalului,a fost trimis un bărbat pentru geam care a fost ok,însă nu vorbea deloc engleza. Pentru miros ne a adus un umidificator ,însă fără succes. Am comunicat asta a doua zi personalului,le am dat ok ul sa intre in apartament pentru a realiza un "tratament" ,însă când am ajuns la cazare seara situația era exact aceeași,doar ca geamurile de la apartament erau deschise. Din nou le comunicat situația, urmând sa se ocupe de situație în a 3 a zi,însă nu am mai primit niciun mesaj. Am fost un grup de nefumători, iar acest aspect ne a adus un disconfort foarte mare,mai ales ca mirosul nu doar ca era în camera,se simțea și din canapea,perne, lenjerie... nu l am putut elimina prin aerisit și parfumat.. Apartamentul este foarte slab antifonat, se auzeau zgomotele de pe strada ca și cum geamul ar fii fost deschis ,iar ușa de la intrare se misca la orice trecere pe coridor.
