Amazing location and host! Frederic is very responsive, flexible, and thorough host. He gave us clear check-in instructions, and many useful eat/drink and entertainment recommendations for Madrid. He also helped arrange transportation to and from the aiport, which I recommend for groups because Bolt/Uber price in Madrid is expensive. The home is clean, comfortable, and suit 6 adults and 2 kids. We stayed on the level that has access to a little open-air space which was great for fresh air and drying clothes. The location is central to everything, steps away from Anton Martin metro station, and 10 minutes walk from Puerta Del Sol and Plaza Mayor. I highly recommend this wonderful accommodation, and thank you Frederic for hosting us.

The kitchen is a little small and doesn't have a dishwasher or dish rack. There is no inhouse laundry either, although there's one nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Madrid. The location is perfect — close to everything and very convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

La ropa de cama era excesivamente ligera, faltó algunas mantas o colchas de refuerzo, seguro q el anfitrión lo resuelve en breve

Host Frederic is very nice & helpful, who provides lots of information before our arrival. He also assisted to arrange a big taxi on our departure day. Download an app, we could enter the building & the apartment with e-key which was easy & convenient. The apartment was clean, good to have 2 bathrooms, and spacious for 5 of us. Perfect location, metro and supermarket nearby, close to most attractive spots, 15 minutes walk to reach Plaza Mayor, 3 minutes walk to the cafe to have our breakfast.

Need to climb up about 15 stairs to reach the lift, but at least, lift was there.
