No tiene vista a ninguna parte. Es un excelente lugar siempre y cuando no pases mucho tiempo en el departamento.

The location is central and good

There are several false information on property description. It is not accessible or suitable for wheelchair users, has 15 steps before reaching a small thin lift! We found out the hard way. The owner, Fredric, seemed very nice with messages sent to us from the first day, but never replied to the request we wanted to be near the lift as we had disabled people in our party. He arranged the taxi for us, knowing it was 6 of us, including 2 disabled people, luggage and wheelchair, but never mentioned the steps as a reply. When we found out about the steps and were shocked and called him, he claimed he had many wheelchair users staying in his place and 95% were happy!! When asked how those people managed, he said they were old people but could climb stairs!! The flat is not wheelchair accessible either. He offered us a free tapas but we didn't take it, as it clearly couldn't and didn't solve access problem, and he seemed adamant he didn't do wrong!! There was no front desk person, but listing is saying 24 hours front desk! The building is under renovation, but he never mentioned. The flat is not sound proof as claimed, those of us who managed staying there said anyone walking on stairs outside could be heard specifically when trying to sleep, and there were noise coming in till late. A patio space connects 2 flats, but if windows or doors left open, they can access eachother, so door or windows could not be left open which meant only one window opened to outside in a bedroom and could get stuffy. One bedroom has 4 beds, may be better for kids but then again facing the joint patio could make it not suitable for kids on their own. The house number for property listing is 66 but he told us 70. He said he gave Booking.com the right information but they reflected the wrong one. Booking.com said the opposite that information was given by the owner.

Gunstige ligging, ruime kamers en goede bedden. Twee badkamers is altijd fijn met 6 personen. Goede ontvangst, host is actief en meedenkend.

Je zit wel dicht op de andere appartementen, je kijkt bij de buren naar binnen via een binnenplaatsje.

Blizu mesta in metroja.
