"Will happily stay here again"

Very clean and extremely helpful and friendly lady who checked us in was brilliant. We were able to leave our suitcase as we arrived early and sat by the pool. Location very good.

Central location , lovely host Very pleasant staff

Unfortunately for us during our stay the water went off , this was for two full days , no shower or running water , although these things happen which I totally understand , their was no communication to advise or give estimate as to when back on, no bottled water was offered free of charge or supplied Personally could have been handled much better to their guests , especially given I had paid £1300.00 For 17 nights which I can tell you as I’ve been to Canaria dozens of times over 30 years is a lot for the standard of property. Will say the host Amelia is a Angel though
