Las camas muy cómodos y la limpieza del apartamento

La falta de menaje en la cocina. La falta de mantenimiento ( falta de cortinas en el comedor y en una habitación, falta de lámparas encima del espejo del baño, sin luz en la campana de la cocina, etc) entendemos que la gente es muy incivilizada pero lo que no se puede admitir es la falta de mantenimiento por parte de la propiedad, no hace honor al precio pagado y más por detalles estúpidos o baratos.

El piso en general

Solo hay un sofá por lo que se queda corto para una familia

The location worked for us as we wanted to visit the Roman ruins at Bolonia Beach, and have a place within close walking distance of a beach. It was economical and clean. The waterfront was just a short block away and there was a Super Mercadona within walking distance. I was also impressed with the included parking in the underground parking garage.

Nothing to dislike, although in retrospect, I might have rented somewhere that was actual beach front, with a direct view of the ocean. There was a small view of the ocean from the terrace, but not much. The surrounding area was just non descript buildings.

Just one step away from the beach. dowcipie and well equipped. Big terrace is to the advantage of this property.

Nice apartment with a good location, but many small repairs should be done, including loose table legs in the living room and on the terrace, loose shower handle and toilet roll holder, some loose Wall paper in the livingroom. There was also a lack of kitchen equipment such as bowls etc.
