INFINITY VIEW Arenales

We loved this apartment. A great location with amazing views. Very clean, quiet, well equipped and with very comfortable beds. The complex and free activities were great and we played either paddle tennis or tennis every day. Amazing heated pool, other pools, sauna, steam room, three hot tubs and a gym. A short walk to the sandy beach (using the lifts by the tennis courts). We were in touch with Oscar every day to book our sports activities and he couldn't have been more helpful. Would love to return.

Great apartment, very easy to get to, lovely relaxed area, spotlessly clean, only an 18 minute drive into Alicante and great views.

I would have loved to have sun on the balcony, but we probably got enough by the pool anyway!

Arrived from London to check in with my family and the male staff by name Oscar demanded I pay €40 cash outside the gate of the property. The staff exhibited a very bad and rude behaviour towards me and family and at some point when I refused paying, started aggressive behaviour. This went on for about 15 mins, he then went on making call on his phone for another 10 mins before telling us the booking has been cancelled. He and his translator then drove off in his car leaving us stranded and abandoning me and my family outside on the street of the property. Unbelievable, It took me 2 hours to make arrangements for uber and book another reservation elsewhere. I have been fighting to get my refund of £613 back which the property is falsely saying (No Show) meaning that I did not show up at the property. I did show up at the property for check in as agreed between 3pm to 3.30pm. I use this space to request for my refund total £613.

Very bad agreesive and rude behaviour from Oscar the male staff Falsely stating or saying (No Show) to Bookings. Com, when that was not the case. False misrepresentation Refusing to pay me back my money. Issue me my refund of £613. Hence the false representation stating that I did No Show.

Beautiful apartment very spacious, modern and fully equipped. Bed was so comfortable probs the best I've ever had, and I am a regular traveller not easy to be pleased. Fantastic view, less sunny balcony in March, but we did not mind. Easy access to the beach and very handy underground car park. Clean facilities jacuzzi, sauna and heated pools. The place is very secure, well maintained. Oscar is super host, waited for us late at night and gave us warm welcome. He was an absolute highlight of the trip, his hospitality was amazing. Quick communication, and requests supported in timely manner. All handy info and tips shared via whats up. Will definitely come back!!

everything was fine, but the fob for opening the gates was broken so it meant we had to get out of car to open the gate.

Amazing facilities, right on the beach and so close to the airport.

The owner met us at the property at the time arranged and was very helpful making sure we could contact him if we needed anything. The apartment was clean with a large fridge freezer, washing machine and the air conditioning was a godsend. The pools were great for relaxing and if you work out the gym is good enough to keep you sane.

The view from the balcony wasn’t what I was expecting. I was thinking there would be extensive sea views and although you could see the sea and Alicante in the distance the main view was of the kiddies pool with its large plastic pirate ship. Not saying I wouldn’t have minded a go if I had a child in tow but detracted from the appeal. The balcony furniture was uncomfortable and the sun loungers were in need of replacement.
