No mugs that weren’t chipped, sofa could do with replacing. Not always hot water

Nice pool and location

Don't understand the need for a 200 euros of hold. If you don't take the trash out they will take 30 euros. Only gave us 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 five people for 5 days. if you intend to cook this isn't the best option because there is not a lot of kitchen equipment.

The apartment was in a great location with lidls and aldis right near it plus a lovely little bakery 2 doors down, which was perfect for getting your fresh bread in the morning. Only a 5 mins walk to the beach and bars. In a great location, you couldn't fault it. The kitchen had a very small oven but it was ok to use, had all utensils and pots and pans etc that you needed. Washing machine was a nice touch and considering how much it costs to bring luggage on flights these days, we opted to bring one large 20 kg bag between the 3 of us so needed to wash our clothes, washing line out on the balcony and they supplied clothes pegs. Hairdryer supplied which was great as I didn't bring one. They also supplied towels. Nice pool! Overall a nice property.

Now this is a real shame to write this as before this incident happened we was extremely happy with our apartment and the lady that checked us in, all was going great until the last day! I had put in a request for a late check out, which you are able to do on booking.com and I got a message saying they can confirm this and was happy to accommodate us for our request. I messaged back saying can you confirm that this is ok? Which they replied yes of course, do not worry. So we was thinking fantastic we will have the day to be able to relax on ths beach then come back and get packed and ready for the airport. WELL I then get a phone call from my son saying that the cleaner had let herself in and told him he had to get out and that she was there to clean the apartment. I then received a phonecall from someone in their offices telling me that we shouldn't be in there and that I was lying saying I had not been given permission for a late check out!! Which I clearly had...by someone! I had proof, it was in writing! He then proceeded to keep saying I am telling the truth not you! His customer service skills was atrocious! I then literally ran back to the apartment to quickly pack everything up, luckily I had packed the big case in the morning before I went out. So we literally had 10 mins to throw everything in bags and was put out the apartment. I then tried contacting the lady who checked us in to send the proof and to talk to her ( which she didn't pick up the phone) she then WhatsApp me saying no 12! That was it! I then messaged the office and he proceeded to make accusations that i was threatening him and that I was lying, he was extremely rude!! No customer service skills whatsoever. I made no threats just simply explaining to him that someone had made a big mistake! We was put out at 1pm our flight was at 8pm, straight off the beach hot and sweaty standing outside with our bags! Having to try and make a plan of what to do!
