Orly a dos pasos de la playa de La Concha

Great location very close to the beach and only about 8 minutes walk to the Old Town. Good facilities and nice, clean rooms. Juan and Jose were very helpful with checking us in as I am not very tech savvy and caused them a bit of a headache but they were very kind and patient with me.

It rained but nothing you can do about that.

we did our own breakfast as it was an apartment and not offered. Lovely bakeries around but also places for breakfast if you preferred. The position very near what must be one of the best beaches in Europe was superb. Both beach people and the elderly more interested in walking would not be disappointed. San Sebastian is a wonderful place to explore. We would come back. Exceptional value restaurant nearby: the Anastasio. not attractive entry as it's downstairs but really good value and very traditional Basque dishes. Weekday Menu del día excellent value with half a bottle of wine thrown in.

Nothing which could be altered. The traffic noise - dustbin collection etc. is noisy but the windows really are efficient in shutting it out. But it can get hot and there is no air-conditioning. Open the windows and you get a sea-breeze but also traffic noise. We juggled and were perfectly happy even though - even in September - there were very hot days.
