Mágico apartamento en casa palacio del siglo XVII

Absolutely loved our stay in Sevilla. The location was more than perfect, 5 min to wonderful las Setas and la Plaza de la Encarnacion - 15-20 min walking to any spot of interest in the town - cathedral, train station, triana district, etc. Never used a public transport. Lots of local cafes, pubs, places to eat. Appreciated the possibility to control the heating in the apartment as we were visiting in winter time. Great value for money

This place is a nice hidden Spot in the friendly Neighbourhood. Walkable distance to all attractions. Nice rockbar close by and Restaurants too.

The flat is quite but We still heard noises from the flat above us. Probably this can be annoying for some people...

A beautifully appointed property in a great location. The hosts were lovely and helpful and had clearly taken the time to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The only negative we found during our stay was that the walls/ceiling seemed to be very thin and therefore we could hear the neighbours. Fortunately, it was a very quiet block, with the only thing that bothered us slightly was the dog upstairs playing with a ball.

The appartement is in a resident area which is calmer, even so it’s still really nearby the tourists spots. It has a very beautiful yard, the appartement is cozy, the owner gave a lot of useful information and replied me always really fast whenever I got questions

just a little pity that when I tried to take a hot bath, in the end there’s not enough hot water. but for taking shower there’s no problem.
