Lovely complex and apartment was ok. Pool area great

Could do with freshening up, bigger shower would be great and a table as apartment looks a bit empty and basic.

Very spacious…great variety of books in flat…comfortable beds…good shower/cooker/washing machine…property very secure.

Couple of things easily sorted…i.e. kitchen accessories ,very basic …couple of small cleaning issues when we arrived but flat was easy to maintain.

I've been to the complex before and loved the location, pool and bar will return again

The apartment itself needs some renewing... But overall a comfortable stay

Could hardly get key in front door, cupboard doors loose….tightened them, end from curtain rail off so curtains flew off end, very basic inside, patio doors need transfer etc as nearly walked through them ,no information about complex pool tv not sure if WiFi as no information large crack in worktop, bars on bedroom windows all rusty inside Then had to endure cockroaches in kitchen behind cupboards used a whole tin of spray a couple were in bedroom Good location well equipped supermarket on site close to all bars, nice big balcony view of pool Apt Needs some TLC

Apartment was overrun with cockroaches,shower door didn't close,very basic kitchen utensils, fridge had missing shelves and I had to defrost it myself, microwave burnt out when I plugged it in, bedding poor,stained sheet,the owner had the apartment fumigated while we lived in it on the 10th day ,we had to empty all our belongs and bedding out onto the veranda and stay out for over 6 hours. Everything was covered in a wet sticky film,and the smell was very sickening. We complained and spoke to the management and were told we could not be moved and we got the apartment cheap and why don't we stay with our family for 4days so the fumigation had time to work. This was not possible. We did not have any further contact with the owners after the threatened to keep our deposit for wilful damage. We have had a email to say we will get our deposit back and could we give them a good review. It was the holiday from hell.we very still killing cockroaches the day we left. I have pictures of all the above complaints.
