Great stay and location. Very clean flat with amazing facilities. Jenny from the booking office was great help. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was as described and was a joy to stay in. The Hexacasa team were always ready to help if required. The only slight downer was the pool was supposed to be open from the 1st of April, we arrived on the 2nd to find it still closed until the 1st of May. But overall a great trip to Torrox costa and its surrounding area.

If you plan on cooking something: the pans are in bad shape, scratched tefal pans..

The View

We arrived at the accommodation to find that the facilities were not as described. This relates to the use of the pool at the holiday home that we found out upon arrival had been closed since August 2023. We made our booking on the 23rd November when the property owners were already aware that their pool had been closed for 4 months and so our escalation specifically relates to had this been advertised clearly and in a transparent way on their advert on booking.com then we would NOT have booked this apartment with two young children. Booking,com have acknowledged and awarded us a £50 apology payment due to the properties misleading advert however they can only request a refund from the property owner who has refused to return our funds. Beware - there is no protection against companies that falsely advertise to obtain money knowing that by the time we would become arrive on holiday and become aware we would outside of our cancellation period. There was a notice on the gate that the pool had been closed since August 2023 however the property was still advertising that it was an available facility on their booking.com advert. We stayed at the property for ONLY ONE night as we needed to find emergency alternative accommodation and notified the property we would not be staying as they had not accurately described nor communicated that the pool facility would not be available. We had even contacted the property on the 10th May prior to travelling to confirm that the pool was open and they referenced us to an ambiguous note on the t&c’s to say it might not be open but even when directly asked the property did not advise that the pool had been closed for 9 months. When we arrived the notice on the gate that the pool had been closed since August 2023. They apologised but refused to give our money back so Booking.com have registered a warning against this property to help others but sadly not us as we lost all our money :( Please don't make the same mistake as us

Spacious appartment with big terrace and seaview.

Very unclear key service from Hexacasa. When we arrived we arrived we asked When should we leave on the last day, but lady mentioned only Just leave the key and close the door behind you. No departure time was given, we asked several times. Comes day of departure, cleaning lady at 11 at the door. We weren’t ready packing yet. Then unfriendly mail from Hexacasa about checkout at 12 instead of 11. Was not a nice way of ending our holidays.

Location very good!

One bathroom smelled from the sewage during certain weather conditions. The administrator said there is nothing he can do; that's the way it is. The refrigerator made some times unexpectedly heavy grinding noises. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. One has a master bed with a superb view, and the other one 2 single beds - more like a children's rooms. But all in all a very nice, comfortable place, superb view - besides the minor deficiencies as stated above. I would rent it again!
