Nina Apartment

L’emplacement , les commerces autour, la plage à proximité et l’équipe qui vous aident sont très professionnels et disponibles, mais il faudrait tenir compte des suggestions pour que ça soit mieux, j’imagine que c’est n’est pas eux qui decident et ils gèrent très bien, mais c’est la deuxième fois qu’on reste dans cet appartement et malheureusement ils n’ont pas investi dans l’appartement, dommage parce que l’endroit est génial.

Le matelas du grand lit est fatigué, vous vous enfoncez au milieu, il manque un store dans la chambre pour cacher le soleil ou un rideau épais pour pouvoir dormir, car le soleil tape très fort et tôt. Il manque aussi 2 ventilateurs pour les chambres, c’est très compliqué de pouvoir dormir en pleine canicule avec juste un ventilateur ! Il serait appréciable d’avoir le minimum dans la cuisine, juste un peu de sel , huile , liquide vaisselle, un peu de sucre , un peu des condiments, le basic. Dans la salle de bain on vous laisse juste un rouleau de papier toilette pour 3 personnes, c’est un peu juste, pour plusieurs jours. Il faut tenir compte des escaliers si vous avez des personnes avec des difficultés pour marcher, c’est un deuxième étage., sans ascenseur. Avec la plage à côté, il aurait été sympa de mettre à disposition un parasol , c’est des petits détails qui font la différence ! L’appartement est sympathique, il faudrait être plus attentionné et tenir compte des remarques.

Great location, easy check-in and communication with the owner. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The Wi-Fi was stable.

The bed in the bedroom needs replacing. My back has felt all the discomfort of the bed. The water pressure in the shower is unacceptably low. Absolutely uncomfortable.

It was quite big and everything was new/fresh

The only two things- first the washing machine it’s not working good, you are cleaning your stuff but it came back the same and the second the water, when someone is taking the shower that means other people cannot do anything like wash the dishes etc. cuz the shower will not have enough water

The apartment was very nice, 5 min walk to the beach, 3 min to the bus station. Has natural light, you can see the sunrise and the ocean.

It would be useful if they put some hangers for the jackets, a shower window, some shower gel, and a bottle of water for the guests. The water presure was very low. And for the futher it would be great if they have a better comunication, in the arrival day I didn't recieved any message with the check in , I had to write them. I ask about the water pressure but the guy didn't answer me.
