Precioso apartamento en primera línea de playa

Don’t let the exterior fool you, great space on the inside and brilliant location!!

We booked double bed to find two singles in main room. When we asked why no double bed we were told we had to use a fold out on terrace. This is just pure laziness not to have Queen mattress over single beds, we have found this in a lot of European hotels. If you book a double bed, you should not have to use pull out with an aircon that hardly worked!!! Such a shame.

Great location and parking very handy

Location and pool the ONLY good things about this property.

The beds are so small and creaky I didn't get a single night of good sleep. We were given stained (even after wash) and frayed towels that should have been retired a long time ago. The shower stall is so small that only a 3-y old can effectively take a shower in it. The building is so old that there is a stench to it. The upstairs "neighbors" were dragging furniture back and forth all day, everyday--again making sleeping impossible.

Very beautiful apartment in good location with stunning view to the sea from the balcony. It's pretty big one with two rooms and separate kitchen. In the building are two swimming pools. One is on the rooftop. Also couple steps and you are on the beach. Very welcoming owner (contact person). Quick answering.

There is deposit for 250 euros. And be prepared, that it can take several days to receive it back. It was also mentioned in the description, but I didn't notice it at first. Also it is a bit hard to find right building and entrance. Maybe it would be good to mention somewhere, that the entrance is near Hospital. But contact person from the apartment was very quick answering, so we didn't have any issues with check in. And would be good, if there was a kettle.

Awesome beach view! A parking lot under the house-which is very rare in Marbella and very necessary! A rooftop swimming pool which is warm enough to swim in April!

Spacious and clean apartment, well lit and away from sources of street noise. Welcome basket with fresh fruits and pastries was received and appreciated. It has a functioning kitchen with the minimal appliances you would need during a few days of your stay. Air Conditioning is also strong and functional. The two swimming pools of the building are nice and clean and very useful. The apartment is next to the beach and also a very short walk to supermarkets and shops.

The underground parking is too narrow even when there is only a single car on the ramp and the spaces between the parking spots are too narrow and you will have a tough time in back-and-force navigation to get the car out of there in one piece without scratches. Kitchen can benefit from a Kettle and a Cutting board. The shower head in the bathroom is very old and hard to use.
