Excellent host Metzina. Very helpful. Even helped us with the luggage when checking in. And voluntarily gave us invaluable tips for sightseeing and value for money tricks for attractions in Sevilla. Apartment even provided a complimentary bottle of wine at arrival. Very spacious duplex and very good location in Old city centre, most top attractions are walkable. Last but not least, is that this apartment comes with a free car park lot provided. What more can we ask for? A wonderfully restored apartment in a building built in 1850.

Nothing negative at all. This is an excellent booking in Valencia. A suggestion would be that this apartment is definitely big enough, to accommodate two double-bed sized sofa beds. Management should consider providing another double-bed sofa in the ground floor Living room. This apartment can fit a Family of 4-6 comfortably.

The apartment was nice, alongside the host which helped me find a garage and show me the apartment. The apartment was nice and it had more than room then I needed.

It was a bit windy and large windows kept opening, they are old and closing them was not possible. The garage is decent although the parking space was not good for a large car. Since garage and apartment are not in the same building, it was a real struggle leaving garage and returning keys to apartment for check out if you are a single person. Don't try to drive to apartment door directly, I had really tough time exiting those streets, they are not made for big cars.

Location, full size fridge, laundry machine and dishwasher with detergent.

Keys did not work to exit to street. Stove unusable as required magnetic pots and pans, staircase without proper railing, shower holder broken, leg of bed broken, towel racks in upper bathroom loose, insufficient toilet paper, neighbour smoked on balcony with smell entering apartment.

Nice apartment with all that you need. Great location near to all the places that you need to see in Sevilla. Great stuff always there with informations.

When an apartment is advertised with parking I assume this is at the same address. Our sat nav could not negotiate the apartment address. Communication between host and questions asked was slow, but I DO point out that Mani, the guy we phoned with our problems when we got totally lost and stuck in Seville, was extremely helpful to us and resolved all problems and went beyond the call of duty. So I thank him for that kind gesture.
