The location was excellent. The apartment was meticulously cleaned and it had old world charm.

Old world charm brings some deficits, dated furnishings, wonky coffee maker.

Communication is great. All good!

Excellent location and large apartment.

There was lack of attention to details. Many of the light bulbs were burnt. There were loose light switches that did not work, in particular to light up the stairs to go to second floor only worked from second floor, making in dangerous to go up in the darkness. One person had to stay on first floor to keep the light on, while the other went upstairs to light up the loft light. For a one week stay, we were given only two bath towels and 2 hand towels, only one tea towel for the kitchen and nothing with which we could wipe the counters. The great location did not make up for the "messy" state of the apartment, including very old linoleum flooring with holes and cracks in it. This apartment is overpriced. I would not recommend it to any of our friends and would not stay in it if I were to return to Sevilla.

Palazzo con una corte tenuta benissimo, molto bella e accattivante. L’appartamento è in una posizione eccellente in pienissimo centro da cui si arriva ovunque a piedi. Letti comodi e buona dotazione in cucina se si vuole cucinare. Buona la possibilità del parcheggio privato a poca distanza anche se abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad uscire.

La parte giorno dell’appartamento è rimasta molto fredda malgrado la pompa di calore e il piccolo termosifone elettrico accesi. Forse a causa di una verniciatura recente l’appartamento aveva un fortissimo odore di olio rancido che ə stato veramente molto fastidioso.
