"Excellent seafront apartment"

Excellent location. Lovely spacious, well equipped apartment with a great balcony for sunbathing on and watching things going on at sea and on the beach. Close to all the restaurants.

Kitchen a bit dated but very well equipped.

"A perfect three night stay in the heart ❤️ of Puerto Mogan"

Excellent property to stay in the centre of Puerto Mogan, beautiful views over the bay. Apartment had everything we needed and very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Two bottles of water and chocolates on arrival were a nice touch.

May have been good to have entrance details and directions a bit earlier- as my phone was running out of charge and was being sent last minute details.

The property is in a great location. Right in the middle of restaurants and shops yet quiet and private. It is very well equipped with everything we needed. Sitting on the large, sunny terrace at any time of day was ideal - great views of the beach and sea, sunrise and sunset.

Unfortunately the owner wasn't available for our arrival so we didn't find out about the lovely roof terrace until late in the holiday. Great views of the whole of the town from there. The option of a mid week clean would have been welcome

Dishwasher blocked, but did not spoil our enjoyment as there was a very wide range of cups, mugs, plates etc, so no need to keep washing up!! Very minor and most unfortunate.

"Perfect location but needs work to make it the “luxury “ part of its name"

Stayed here before in 2019. Perfect location and Raoul was lovely. Was called just “Beachfront apartment” then but the “luxury” has been added. Excellent Wi-Fi.

It’s sadly not to luxury standard nor as good as previous stay. No air con in bedrooms although there are ceiling fans - but very noisey. Kitchen very dark and tired with kick boards broken and laminated side near fridge coming away. Dish washer bottom coming away. Sofa although very comfy and was new on our previous stay, had stains and looked grubby. Tv, was poor with choice of channels but not one in English. Even though there was free view. (Would have liked the news at least) Smell in apartment and corridor of Indian restaurant below. Even first thing in morning. (And we love Indian food but was a bit much)
