My cat got sick a couple days before my stay here. I could cancel all my bookings in other towns but this one that they didn’t want to reimburse. Honestly I think this type of unexpected situations/changes happens all the time and this accommodation didn’t show any respect or reasoning for my true reason of cancelation. I suggest you to find other options available where in case you have an unforeseen event, you can have guarantees that you will be treated with care. Avoid this accommodation if you do not feel safe about this, believe me there are others in the area that comply with this.
