Apartamento Bastian Casas Verdes

The location was excellent, lovely restaurant near by. Diego was so helpful and replied to our messages immediately. I would highly recommend this appartament.

Location was great for us , there is a small beach with sun-beds and umbrellas only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment , also a supermarket and a few bars and restaurants close by if you don’t want to walk the 15/ 20 mins to the center where you will find loads of great restaurants and bars and the main beach . The complex opened into the coastal promenade so it was great for walking and cycling . Taxi rank very close by if needed . The bus stop also a few mins walk . The bus to Arrecife very busy so we took a taxi €12 and spent a day there . Lovely restaurants by the lake in the middle of the city . The apartment was really spacious for the two of us . Great bathroom . Washing machine and dish water ( 2 pods left for each which was handy ) we didn’t cook much but saw that there was a good amount of pots . We loved that we could walk straight out to the pool from our terrace . Pool area was lovely . Water was Cold however that did not stop us from having a cold swim every day .. apartment was easy to fine . A nice quiet secure complex .

We liked this apartment and will come back again . From previous comments . Yes the doors creaked a bit and the ceiling needs a paint where they did a repair ... but you can live with that not a problem .

The location is amazing , the property is well kept and very homey. The apartment is quite large especially the dining area and the terrace. The promenade is just few steps away with a little cosy beach from which you can enter the ocean.

Nothing really, there are just few very little details like shower drainage could be better , some of the furniture is a little run down and the doors to the rooms are a bit squeaky, but those were really minor things.

Location. Apartment well equipped and spacious. Diego’s interaction was first class.

We are very unhappy with how our transfer was organized. The owner charged twice as much as a regular taxi would have cost. It was unpleasant.

Location ideal, near all amenities bars and local shops but in quiet location, most of the apartments are residential so very well kept.

Bed was too soft but this is only personal preference,
