The property is far away from city. Its not like a picture. In apartment was strange smell, thanks good that we was only 1 night.

• Location: Great location, only a 15-minute drive from the heart of Seville. • Parking: Free parking is available, which is a big plus in this area. • Host: The host was very friendly and provided excellent local recommendations for breakfast and dinner. • Local area: You can find authentic and very affordable Spanish breakfast in the nearby village. • Comfort: The beds were comfortable. Since we only used the apartment to sleep, the price-quality ratio was fair.

• Condition: The apartment is quite dated; the photos on the listing differ from the current reality. • Renovation needed: It definitely needs a proper renovation to meet 4-star standards. • Unexpected works: During our stay, they were renovating the roof. We weren't informed about this in advance, which was disappointing.

The landlord is a very nice lady, I forgot my valuables in the room, I had arrived in Ronda before I remembered, the landlord was very enthusiastic to help me find the items, and made an appointment to meet the place to hand me, I really do not know how to express my gratitude, I hope the landlord all the best!

Искали место для транзитной ночёвки, по описанию все устроило, по факту мрак.

Прошло полтора месяца после проживания, я чуть успокоился, пишу на холодных эмоциях. С точки зрения места и концепции все устраивало. Семья из 4 человек, быстрая транзитная ночёвка. Приехали по тёмному, хозяйка все расписала все ок. Парковка с обратной стороны дома, сверху ремонт, парковочное место занято мусором. Дверь открылась с 3 или 4 раза, причём 18 летний сын не смог открыть, пришлось прикладывать усилия, он просто клинила на открытие. Сразу в ном ударил лютый запах освежителя воздуха, было такое ощущение что нас приветствовали струей цитрусовой свежести в лицо. Позже выяснилось что этот запах душил все ночь, постельное белье и кровати просто были пропитаны смесью "океанского бриза и лимонной феерией". Кухня имела все необходимые базовые вещи. Но фактически все очень уставшее. Бойлера хватило на купание 2 людей. Ужасная звукоизоляция, сосед смотрел приключения "Хуаниты и Хорхе" по телевизору с эффектом 5D, смачно подбадривая это кашлем. Фонарь уличный сильно светил в спальню. Везде следы плесени и сырости. В 07.15 этажем выше начались ремонтные шумные работы, с выбросом строительного мусора прямо на парковку под двери.

Comodidad de las camas y los dormitorios. La ubicación es buena, en 15 minutos aproximadamente estás en el centro de Sevilla. Tienen un precio ajustado.

Es un apartamento antiguo (se hizo previo a la Expo 92) con una reforma lowcost a la que habría que hacer un mantenimiento. La limpieza de algunas zonas dejaba mucho que desear. Se nota que es un apartamento más de verano y lo han puesto en alquiler si hacerle una puesta a punto adecuada. El baño estaba con unos goterones de haberlo pintado y luego no limpiarlo. La cortina de la bañera estaba... mejor no hablar. El patio estaba sin limpiar ni organizar. La cocina estaba con restos de grasa, no se le había dado un buen repaso. El aparato del aire acondicionado ( bomba de calor), aunque funcionó bien y mantuvo caliente el salón, empezó a echar unos residuos negros un poco desagradables.
