Wonderful well located flat. The communication with the host was very good and it was easy to get access to the flat. We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it highly.

The communication with the host was very poor. It took a long time to get a hold of the person. When we left on the Camino, we mistakenly left the keys in the wrong box and the luggage people could not retrieve our luggage for transfer. The company and I called the host for hours and left numerous messajes before we got a response. Consequently, the luggage company had to go back hours later to get our luggage and we had to pay so much extra. Thus would have been avoidable if they would have answered the emergency phone when we called.

This was a last minute booking after another location in town was found to be unclean. The property owner communicated with us immediately and worked with my poor Spanish to access the property. The property itself is a full apartment, very clean, great location to the downtown, and overall an excellent night for the three of us. (We were walking the camino.) The place had wifi and even a pilgrim stamp for our passports!
