The location was great, with lots of cafés and shops nearby. The city center was about a 20–25 minute walk, which we didn’t mind at all. The beach was also very close, which was a big plus.

There was mold around the bedroom window and in the bathroom, especially on the ceiling and in the shower area. Even though we don’t have allergies, this amount of mold felt unacceptable. We chose this flat because we wanted to cook, but the kitchen was unfortunately not properly equipped. All three frying pans were worn out, the oven was missing a tray and had burnt food residue at the bottom, and there were no oven gloves. The knives were dull, the extractor fan was not functioning, and the kettle had limescale buildup. The toaster was melted, the hairdryer only turned off when unplugged, and the sofa was heavily stained. Overall while we were able to sleep in the flat, we did not enjoy spending time there.

The outer door to the street was either left wide open or it would be banged closed. It was very loud

La ubicación, la limpieza y el patio

Location, shower, aircon/heater in lounge, full sized oven & hob, washing machine, TV (Once we change language to English) good sized courtyard with excellent drainage (we had some heavy rain during our 28 days).

Wettest Xmas New Year for 40 years which only allowed use of terrace once as the sun never shone onto the ground, a lack of a heater/extract to bedroom made it awkward to remove moisture so during the day we had to leave sliding window open most days. We are sure that in the summer the terrace will great as there should always be a shady spot out of direct sunlight. We had a couple of minor issues with Wi-Fi and toaster but working together with owner we got sorted OK.

Äänieristys! Viimeiset äänekkäät naapurit vähän häiritsivät. Terassi oli viimeisen viikon aivan märkä, johtuen liiasta kukkien kastelusta. Tarvitsimme terassikengät. Silityslautaa emme löytäneet, vain raudan.

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado con todo céntrico y muy bien acondicionado con todo lo que viene siendo un apartamento. La atención del personal muy buena .
