Four Seasons - Playa del Cura

- The view from the balcony of the apartment is absolutely stunning; - The location is really nice, it's in a small tourist area but a quick drive/bus ride away from some of the best beaches and spots on the island; - The pool shared by the apartment complex is great, it was rarely used by other people in the complex, clean, decently sized and there were plenty of sun lounges to go around; - Julia, the hostess of the apartment, was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided a smooth check-in/check-out process; - Private parking spot; - TV in the bedroom is a nice bonus;

- Some parts of the apartment were not very clean or well maintained, namely, the couches and rug in the living room, the pillowcases of the main bedroom, the shower drain; - Ants in the kitchen area; - Water easily spilled from the shower since part of the shower is uncovered; - The pillows available in the apartment are uncomfortable; - No AC, a fan was available but it could've been a nicer fan; - The common areas of the apartment complex don't seem to be maintained at all. During our one week stay, the garbage was not collected from the trash cans the entire week, the floors/elevators were dirty, it honestly looked like the complex was abandoned at times; - Frequent bad smell in and around the apartment from somewhere near, although we're not sure what was the cause of it;

The view from the balcony is amazing, looking over the bay and out to the open sea. We've never before been in such good equiped kitchen - it has everything (also all the spices for cooking etc.). A nice gesture was the welcome-wine which was waiting for us from the owner. What also stands out is that the beach towels were available to us. A private parking is available on the roof of the building. The pool is just a short elevator ride down - during our stay it was for the most time, unused by others. The two beaches in vicinity are also nice with very calm water. There are some bars, restaurants and a grocery store a short walk down a (steep) hill.

The balcony is a bit small; for the two of us it was enough, would be a tight fit if we were more. The apartment is directly above the pool, so sometimes you could hear children at play - was not disturbing for us, but we heard some complaints from the others. During our stay not much was happening in the area in the evenings.
