The location of the property was excellent and all you needed was in the property.

Parking was difficult to to get to and signage for getting out of the parking was confusing because it did not differentiate between pedestrian and car exit.

The kitchen had everything we needed with a large fridge. Great location to walk around the beautiful town.

The place had a musty smell, especially the bathroom. It had not been aired. Difficult to drive to- The GPS stopped working within the narrow lane ways and we drove around for a long time trying to find the place at night. The parking garage was very tight.

To get into the property, you need to get the key from Sanvalero hotel, which is also where you got other helps from. Reception could not tell driving direction to the property, only the walking direction (which is useless for us, as we have a car, and rented the parking in the apartment). Then when we got into the apartment, the cold air from the AC was almost non-existent even when I put on maximum. Complained to that hotel, and they could not fix it that night, could only give fan, and said that the AC was working. I have asthma, so that I need to use AC rather than having wind from AC. One of the reasons I booked this apartment was for the AC, and they failed to deliver. The room was still warm when we slept, turned on the fan in the kitchen, and while it blew air, it was so noisy (it's industrial fan). While the hotel receptions replied our complaints, and tried to consult to their managers, however there were no calls from the duty manager him/herself apologizing to the situation. I was only told by the reception that the manager did not acknowledge the AC problem, claiming that it was working. For me, this shows arrogance, not a good service. So, we left early morning as we could not sleep well, and another issue happened. We rent the underground parking (which you paid extra), there was a key to open from outside, however by the time we wanted to get out, there was nothing to open from inside. (Note: When checked in, we were given instructions on accessing the apartment and parking space, however nothing mentioned about getting out the parking). Luckily there was a car behind us with the garage remote, which opened the door for us. Be careful with the parking door, as it folded inside (our car got damaged with the parking door folded up because initially we saw two side sensors near the door, which we thought would open the door automatically, so that our car was too near to the door).
