Buena ubicación. Sistema de domótica moderno y sencillo, muy práctico.

El suelo es de plaqueta, por lo que eché en falta una alfombra al menos en la zona del salón. Él ascensor es muy pequeño, casi imposible entrar con un carrito, además tuvimos la mala suerte que se averió él primer día...

"Praktische Wohnung mit Schwächen."

Große Wohnung im ersten Stock in renoviertem Zustand und akzeptabel ausgestattet, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Rathaus (Bus-Station) und kostenpflichtiger Tiefgarage. Ruhiges Treppenhaus mit Aufzug.

Die Nutzung der Küche ist nur eingeschränkt möglich, weil die Ausstattung lückenhaft und ungepflegt ist. In der Wohnung darüber wohnt eine lebhafte Familie, auch nach Mitternacht kann es zu unangenehmen Geräuschen (laufen, poltern) kommen. Schwankende WLAN-Leistung während des Tages.

Spacieux, tout équipé, pas besoin de faire le ménage, proche du centre ville, d'un grand parc et à 15mn de la station des autobus Femme très gentille et respectueuse Linge de lit, serviettes inclus Plusieurs électroménagers dans cuisine et salle de bains à disposition ainsi que plusieurs fournitures ...... Si je reviens à Logroño, je louerais de nouveau cet appartement

LA TV NO ES SMART TV. NO HAY MESA DE CENTRO PARA APOYAR UN VASO JUNTO AL SOFÁ????????? SARTENES ROTAS Y SUCIAS. NO HAY LÁMPARAS DE RINCÓN NI EN LAS MESILLAS. MUY DESCUIDADO Y CON LO JUSTO. POCA INVERSIÓN Y CERO RECAMBIO DE COSAS ROTAS. PINZAS QUE SE ROMPEN DEL SOL. PERSIANA ROTA.

"Un piso muy completo y a buen precio."

Es un piso que tiene prácticamente todas las comodidades, estaba limpio y no muy lejos de las zonas más turísticas.

Lo único que no me gustó es que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. También una persiana de la terracilla estaba rota (pero en ambos casos la dueña avisó antes de alojarme)
