Autonomie à l'entrée et à la sortie. Salle de bain rénovée, climatisation et bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Le bruit de la rue. Les cheveux et poils dans les draps de tous les lits ce qui fait douter de la propreté du linge de lit. Les bruits nocturnes au-dessus des puits de lumière dans les chambres (voisins qui étendent leur linge/ jet d'épingles à linge).
